This 33", 36" & 42" Sink Base cabinet is a ready-to-assemble kitchen cabinet with your custom color and the inset shaker style. It has a depth of 24 inches and a height of 34.5 inches.
The front of the cabinet features two static (fixed) drawer fronts and two doors with soft-close hinges for smooth operation. The cabinet face is made of solid birch wood and is 1-3/4 inches thick, including a 1-inch face frame and a 3/4-inch interior stop frame.
The cabinet box is constructed of 5/8-inch 7-ply plywood birch with a clear natural birch color finish. The cabinet sides, bottom, and top are made of 5/8-inch premium plywood with an engineered wood back panel and finished in natural birch with a clear UV finish.
The face frames and door frames are all made of 100% birch hardwood. The cabinet door frames are 7/8 inches thick and are made of four separate pieces with tongue and groove joinery. The center panel is 1/4 inch thick and inset into the door frame.
The face frame, door, drawer front, and door panel are custom UV Lacquer painted and the cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV protectant finish. Each cabinet door and drawer front is made of five pieces with tongue and groove joinery.
The front of the cabinet has a two static top drawers and the lower section has a pair doors. The door hardware will stay open at 105 degrees and softly close with a light push.
Full extension with soft close glides on the drawers for easy operation. All hardware manufactured by SH-ABC. (Click here to link to the drawer slides website). Soft close hinges.
Plywood construction cabinets (5/8") with solid wood dovetail drawer boxes.
Please note that all cabinet exterior exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim as necessary. We are showing this cabinet in white. Your cabinet will be painted as ordered.
This cabinet is covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty.

This is a custom order item and has specific rules we all must follow.
1) Custom order cabinets require 8-10 weeks from when you order for production before shipping/delivery can start
2) Custom orders are not returnable and non refundable once ordered
3) Orders cannot be changed once submitted for production. Any changes will require ordering a new cabinet at additional expense. Please double check all measurements.
4) We take great care to assist with sizing. The responsibility for order accuracy falls to the purchaser. Please ask any questions prior to ordering.
