Shipping and Returns Policy


Attention -  Currently we are offering FREE shipping on all cabinet orders. Trim moldings and toekick piecesqualify for free shipping on orders over $1000.

We offer LTL shipping on all cabinetry with free shipping being offered with minimum purchase of $2500 to $3000 depending on the season. 

We reserve the right to change the free shipping promotion requirements at any time prior to purchase. Free shipping currently is available for any cabinet purchase.

Your delivery will be by common carrier and shipping tracking number is added to your purchase record with pick up. All orders are shipped within 7-10 days and transit time is typically 3-5 business days. Overnight and 2nd Day shipping available for an additional charge. Our shipping is calculated with delivery by lift gate Any special requirements for your individual delivery will cause additional delivery costs. Please arrange any special delivery needs in advance.

Your delivery driver will bring the cabinet shipment to your residence or the residence of your client, to your business loading dock or receiving. There are minimum access requirements for the delivery vehicles. You are responsible to receive the delivery as scheduled.

Any damage to your shipment must be indicated at the time of delivery on the shipping waybill with the driver in order to have a valid insurance claim. We will expedite replacement items at no cost for any items damaged during shipping provided the proper reporting of damage is carried out at time of  delivery and with the shipping company. 


  • All online orders are final.  It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the confirmation email and make sure that everything is correct. Please verify your items before placing your order.
  • We do not accept returns.
  • If for any reason an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email with the items backorder status.
