The front of the cabinet has two doors with soft-close hinges which remain open at 105 degrees and will soft close with an easy push for smooth operation.
The front of the cabinet has an inset-style face frame made of solid hardwood. The face frames and doors are made of 100% hardwood and are painted with a UV Finish finish. The cabinet door frames are 7/8 inches thick and are made of four separate pieces with tongue and groove joinery. The center panel is 1/4 inch thick and inset into the door frame. The cabinet face is made of solid birch wood and is 1-3/4 inches thick, including a 1-inch face frame and a 3/4-inch interior stop frame. The cabinet sides, bottom, and top are made of 5/8-inch premium plywood with two (2) 3/4" adjustable shelves included. All other exterior exposed visible areas are natural birch finish with UV finish and will require skin finish and/or trim as necessary.
The cabinets are equipped with hardware from DTC, a quality cabinet hardware manufacturer, and have full-extension glides with a soft-close feature. The door hardware will stay open at 105 degrees and softly close with a light push.
