Special Order cabinets are made to order with the ability to custom size and custom color your cabinet and entire order. Select one of our stock colors or select a Special Order Sherwin Williams Color. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee 100% color match.

The cabinet is made of 1" Solid Birch face frame and 7/8" door frame with 1/4" Plywood Door Center panel, 5/8" Solid Birch plywood cabinet box, and DTC Soft Close Hinges and DTC Full Extension with soft close drawer glides.

Arch glass ready doors HDF material.

The face frames and door frames are all made of 100% Birch hardwood and custom paint with Oil Base UV Lacquer finish and the cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV Lacquer protectant finish. Each cabinet door and drawer front is made of five pieces with tongue and groove joinery.. The cabinet door frames are 7/8" inches thick and are made of four separate pieces with tongue and groove joinery. The center panel is 1/4 inch thick oak plywood and inset into the door frame.

Full extension, soft close glides on the drawers for easy operation. Soft close hinges. All hardware manufactured by Blum Hardware.

The door hardware will stay open at 105 degrees and softly close with a light push.

Please note that all cabinet exterior exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim as necessary.

This cabinet is covered by a one year warranty with lifetime hardware warranty..

Hinges are adjustable to maintain proper spacing between door(s) and face frame.

The front of the cabinet has an inset-style face frame made of solid Hardwood with the doors and drawer fronts flush with the face frame. The cabinet sides, bottom, and top (boxes) are constructed of 5/8″ premium Birch plywood. The face frames and doors are made from 100% Oak hardwood. The face frame and doors are hand stained and have a Low Luster clear Lacquer finish. All other exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim where necessary.

The cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear Lacquer protectant finish. Skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides.

All other exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim where necessary.

Skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides. Sold separately.

This is a custom order item and has specific rules we all must follow.

1) Custom order cabinets require 11-15 weeks from when you order for production before shipping/delivery can start

2) Custom orders are not returnable and non refundable once ordered

3) Orders cannot be changed once submitted for production. Any changes will require ordering a new cabinet at additional expense. Please double check all measurements.

4) We take great care to assist with sizing. The responsibility for order accuracy falls to the purchaser. Please ask any questions prior to ordering.
