The face frames and door frames are all made of 100% birch hardwood and custom stain with UV clear coat and the cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV protectant finish. Each cabinet door and drawer front is made of five pieces with tongue and groove joinery.. The cabinet door frames are 7/8 inches thick and are made of four separate pieces with tongue and groove joinery. The center panel is 1/4 inch thick and inset into the door frame.

The door hardware will stay open at 105 degrees and softly close with a light push.

The cabinet sides, bottom, and top (boxes) are constructed of 5/8″ premium Birch plywood. The face frames and doors are made from 100% Oak hardwood. The face frame and doors are UV clear lacquer finish. All other exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim where necessary.

The cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV protectant finish. Skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides.
