Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions - Updated 9-20-2023

We reserve the right to change the free shipping promotion requirements at any time prior to purchase.

We reserve the right to deny order fulfillment for full refund should we discover a pricing error, shipping miscalculation/pricing, or incorrect charge of taxes.

Your delivery will be by common carrier and shipping tracking number is added to your purchase record with pick up. All individual box orders are shipped with Fedex Ground or similar and transit time is typically 3-8 business days from fulfillment. Our LTL shipping is calculated with delivery to commercial locations with available receiving dock.  Any special requirements for residential or your individual delivery will cause additional delivery costs. Please arrange any special delivery needs in advance.

Any LTL service which requires non standard trucking is at the responsibility of the purchaser. An example of non standard trucking would be a long winding, dirt or gravel driveway or any other situation that does not accommodate a large truck.. Any delivery requiring ferry type service is also an additional charge.

Your delivery driver will bring the cabinet shipment to your residence or the residence of your client as indicated when you order or to your business loading dock or receiving. There are minimum access requirements for the delivery vehicles. You are responsible to receive the delivery as scheduled. Deliveries are typically to curb side only. Getting materials into/onto your property is your responsibility for pallet deliveries. This policy is critical in areas like New York City where trucking companies will not bring the pallet up to the residence.

Any damage which is evident upon arrival to your shipment must be indicated at the time of delivery on the shipping waybill when you sign for the receipt of the order. We will expedite replacement items at no cost for any items damaged during shipping provided the proper reporting of damage is carried out at time of  delivery and with the shipping company.

Shipping damage which is not evident at time of delivery must be reported and photo verified within seven days or arrival. Open any damaged boxes to inspect condition of product. Should a product be damaged you will need to take product photos of damage and submit for replacement. We maintain a 100% replacement for damaged items.
