The face frames and door frames are all made of 100% birch hardwood and custom stain with UV clear coat and the cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV protectant finish. Each cabinet door and drawer front is made of five pieces with tongue and groove joinery.. The cabinet door frames are 7/8 inches thick and are made of four separate pieces with tongue and groove joinery. The center panel is 1/4 inch thick and inset into the door frame.

The door hardware will stay open at 105 degrees and softly close with a light push.

The cabinet sides, bottom, and top (boxes) are constructed of 5/8″ premium plywood. The face frames and doors are made from 100% hardwood. The face frame and doors are painted finish. All other exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim where necessary.

The cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV protectant finish. Skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides.
