White Shaker 1-1/4" Overlay construction

White Shaker cabinets with a 1-1/4" (full) overlay profile; the doors and drawer fronts sit over the face frame when closed, leaving only 1/4" of face frame showing beside each door and drawer. Construction: 1/2" plywood cabinet box, 3/4" solid-birch face frame, natural-birch interior finish, soft-close concealed hinges, full-extension soft-close undermount drawer glides, and solid-birch dovetail drawer boxes. Assembly hardware is included; cabinet handles are not included. Lifetime hardware warranty.

Exposed cabinet sides are painted to match, so skin panels are not needed. The exception is pantry and wall oven cabinets: add side skin panels wherever a side is exposed, to cover the side seam. Sizing & fit

• Base cabinets: 34-1/2" high and 24" deep: single-door bases 9"–21" wide, two-door bases 24"–42", three-drawer bases 12"–36", plus sink, lazy Susan, blind corner, spice-rack and trash pull-out bases.
• Wall cabinets: 12" deep in 30", 36" and 42" heights, single door 9"–21" and double door 24"–36", with glass-ready door versions, bridge cabinets 12"–24" tall and 24"-deep refrigerator uppers.
• Pantry cabinets: 84", 90" and 96" tall, 24" deep.
• Vanity bases: 21" deep.
• Trim: fillers, crown, light rail, scribe and outside-corner molding, toe-kick skins and skin panels in matching white.

Production, delivery & assembly

In stock and ready to ship. Delivery is by RTA Wholesalers company vehicle or LTL freight carrier, or you can pick up at our Carson, CA warehouse. Estimated delivery and shipping details are managed through your customer portal.

Shipping is free. Pantry cabinets and large skin panels ship on full-size pallets, so orders that include them need a $2,500 minimum to qualify for free shipping.

Returns: stock cabinets can be returned within 30 days, unassembled and in the original box. There is no restocking fee; the customer pays return shipping.

These are ready-to-assemble cabinets. They ship flat-packed with the assembly hardware included and carry a lifetime hardware warranty. Verify the parts against the instructions for the cabinet type you ordered (base, wall, tall, special, trim, or vanity), then plan assembly and installation after delivery.
