The door sits flush inside a solid oak face frame for the tailored, built-in-furniture look inset is known for, finished in a clear UV lacquer that lets the natural oak grain show. This is a natural-wood cabinet, not painted.

Construction & materials

• Face frame & door: 100% solid white oak hardwood, inset construction — door flush with the 1″ solid Oak face frame
• Door & drawer fronts: 7/8″ thick, five-piece, tongue-and-groove joinery
• Finish: clear UV lacquer top coat over natural oak; cabinet box and shelving sealed with a clear UV protectant
• Cabinet box: 5/8″ premium plywood construction
• Hardware: premium soft-close hinges, adjustable to keep even spacing between the door(s) and face frame; one-year manufacturer’s warranty, with a lifetime warranty on hardware
• Compliance: California CARB2 compliant

Custom or standard sizes

Choose a standard size, or order the nearest larger stock size and specify your exact height, width, and depth to fit your layout. Exposed sides need a skin panel: skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides, with trim where necessary. Cabinet box is available in the standard Golden Birch or the White Premium Box.

Ordering & lead time

This is a custom-order item with rules we all follow:

1. Custom-order cabinets require 8–11 weeks for production before shipping/delivery begins.
2. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.
3. Orders can’t be changed once submitted for production — changes require a new cabinet at additional cost. Please double-check all measurements.
4. We take great care to help with sizing, but order accuracy is the purchaser’s responsibility. Ask any questions before ordering.

Is this real solid oak? Yes. The face frame and door are 100% solid white oak hardwood with a 5/8″ premium plywood box, finished in a clear UV lacquer.
