This Custom Inset Shaker Wall Cabinet is built to order and painted in any Sherwin-Williams color — one price, no color upcharge. 24–39" wide, with two doors and concealed soft-close hinges.

Construction & materials

• Face frame & door: solid birch hardwood, inset construction — door flush with the 1″ solid birch face frame
• Door & drawer fronts: 7/8″ thick, five-piece, tongue-and-groove joinery
• Finish: an excellent oil-based UV lacquer painted finish — a durable, furniture-grade sheen that feels smooth as glass; cabinet box and shelving sealed with a clear UV protectant
• Cabinet box: 5/8″ premium plywood construction
• Hardware: premium soft-close hinges, adjustable to keep even spacing between the door(s) and face frame; one-year manufacturer’s warranty, with a lifetime warranty on hardware
• Compliance: California CARB2 compliant

Custom or standard sizes

Choose a standard size, or order the nearest larger stock size and specify your exact height, width, and depth to fit your layout. Exposed sides need a skin panel: skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides, with trim where necessary. Cabinet box is available in the standard Golden Birch or the White Premium Box.

Ordering & lead time

This is a custom-order item with rules we all follow:

1. Custom-order cabinets require 8–11 weeks for production before shipping/delivery begins.
2. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered.
3. Orders can’t be changed once submitted for production — changes require a new cabinet at additional cost. Please double-check all measurements.
4. We take great care to help with sizing, but order accuracy is the purchaser’s responsibility. Ask any questions before ordering.

Delivery is by RTA Wholesalers company vehicle or LTL freight carrier, or you can pick up at our Carson, CA warehouse. Estimated delivery and shipping details are managed through your customer portal.
