Special Order cabinets are made to order with the ability to custom size and custom color your cabinet and entire order. Select one of our stock colors from our "Inset Oak Color Selection" (Click here to select color)
The cabinet is made of 1" Solid White Oak face frame and 7/8" door frame with 1/4" Oak Plywood Door Center panel, 5/8" Solid Birch plywood cabinet box, and DTC Soft Close Hinges and DTC Full Extension with soft close drawer glides.
The face frames and door frames are all made of 100% White Oak hardwood and custom stain with UV Lacquer clear finish and the cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear UV Lacquer protectant finish. Each cabinet door and drawer front is made of five pieces with tongue and groove joinery.. The cabinet door frames are 7/8" inches thick and are made of four separate pieces with tongue and groove joinery. The center panel is 1/4 inch thick oak plywood and inset into the door frame.
Full extension, soft close glides on the drawers for easy operation. Soft close hinges. All hardware manufactured by Blum Hardware.
The door hardware will stay open at 105 degrees and softly close with a light push.
Please note that all cabinet exterior exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim as necessary.
This cabinet is covered by a one year warranty with lifetime hardware warranty..
Hinges are adjustable to maintain proper spacing between door(s) and face frame.
The front of the cabinet has an inset-style face frame made of solid Hardwood with the doors and drawer fronts flush with the face frame. The cabinet sides, bottom, and top (boxes) are constructed of 5/8″ premium Birch plywood. The face frames and doors are made from 100% Oak hardwood. The face frame and doors are handstained and have a Low Luster clear Lacquer finish. All other exposed visible areas will require skin finish and trim where necessary.
The cabinet box and shelving are coated with a clear Lacquer protectant finish. Skin panels must be ordered for all exposed sides.
