 All of our RTA Cabinetry is packaged with all hardware and cabinet materials needed to make the cabinet. The Inset Cabinets  have plywood cabinet boxes are 5/8" thick with solid birch hardwood face frames and doors. The drawer fronts and cabinet door frames are all solid birch hardwood with the center panels being solid Birch wood or 1/4" thick HDF on the shaker styles.Â
The shelving is solid 3/4" plywood with adjustable peg hardware. Each drawer is constructed of dovetailed solid birch hardwood sides with 1/4" plywood bottom and undermount full extension and soft closing hardware. Each door hinge is 6-way adjustable soft close hardware.
The manufacturing specifications on the face frame are impressive. Each cabinet will have equal and consistent reveal space around the door or drawer. It is one of the most important features of the inset cabinets.
The paint finish is far superior to other cabinetry. You will see from the first sample to the final cabinet and trim piece that the paint finish is sturdier, thicker, stronger and resilient than other cabinet finishes.
