What is the difference between a Standard Box and a Premium Box?

Q: What is the difference between a Standard Box and a Premium Box?

Both boxes use the same construction methods and hardware. The Standard Box has a natural birch interior with a clear polyurethane finish. The Premium Box has a premium-grade interior finish with a clean, finished appearance. The Premium Box is the default on all 100% custom orders and any order combined with Tuscan Gray. Stock finishes including Snow White and Vintage White use the Standard Box.

Custom Inset Stacker Wall Cabinet — FAQ

Does color cost more? No. We price by cabinet size, not color, so any Sherwin-Williams color costs exactly the same, with no upcharge.

What finish is used? A durable oil-based UV lacquer painted finish over a solid birch face frame and door; the cabinet box and shelving are sealed in a clear UV protectant.

What is inset construction? The door and drawer fronts sit flush inside the face frame for crisp, even reveals and a custom-furniture look overlay cabinets can’t match.

Can I order a custom size? Yes. Pick a standard size or order the nearest larger stock size and specify your exact height, width, and depth.

How long does production take? Custom-order cabinets require 8–11 weeks for production.

Drawer glides: full-extension soft-close drawer glides come standard. Blum drawer glides are available upon request for $25.00 per drawer.
