Farm Sink Base cabinet 36 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 34-1/2 inches tall. MC12 Manhattan Cream Overlay 1-1/4 inch Shaker sink base kitchen cabinet RTA (Ready to Assemble).

• Face frame design accommodates apron front sinks
• Two soft-close doors with six-way adjustable hinges
• Adjustable hinges maintain proper spacing and alignment
• UV finish on face frame and doors
• Full extension, soft close glides on drawers
• All hardware by SH-ABC

Construction Details

• Face frame made of solid oak hardwood
• Cabinet box constructed from 1/2 inch premium plywood
• Doors and drawer fronts are 100% birch hardwood
• Five-piece doors with tongue and groove joinery
• Door frames are 7/8 inches thick with 1/4 inch center panels
• Cabinet box and shelving coated with clear UV protectant finish

Hardware & Assembly

• Soft close hinges and full extension drawer glides
• Drawer hardware stays open at 105 degrees and closes softly
• Ready to Assemble (RTA)
• All exposed areas require skin finish and trim

Additional Notes

• Cabinet fits 3CM and 2CM countertops with optional filler trim
• Skin panels required due to birch cabinet sides
• Cabinet does not include interior middle shelf as shown in image
• Covered by one-year manufacturer warranty and lifetime hardware warranty
