This custom inset shaker sink base cabinet is built to order in solid birch and painted in any of Sherwin-Williams' 1,500+ colors for one price — no color upcharge, ever. Widths run 30–39″, sized to the nearest 1/4″, with doors flush-set into the face frame on concealed soft-close hinges.
A finish smoother and tougher than site-painted cabinets
Every door is finished in factory-baked UV-cured lacquer — a hard, glass-smooth surface that resists chips, scratches, moisture, and yellowing far beyond any brush or spray finish applied in a home. It arrives fully cured, ready for daily kitchen duty from day one. The cabinet box and shelving are sealed in clear UV protectant.
Construction & materials
- Face frame: 1″ solid birch hardwood; door sits flush inside the frame (true inset construction)
- Door & drawer fronts: 7/8″ thick, five-piece, tongue-and-groove joinery
- Cabinet box: 5/8″ premium plywood — standard Golden Birch or White Premium Box
- Hardware: premium soft-close hinges, adjustable for even reveals; lifetime hardware warranty, one-year manufacturer's warranty

Custom orders are non-returnable, non-refundable, and can't be changed once in production — changes require a new cabinet at additional cost, so please double-check all measurements before ordering.
