Cabinet for the Sinkology Josephine Quick-Fit Workstation SK454-34FC-3 Farmhouse Sink
The Sinkology Josephine Quick-Fit Workstation SK454-34FC-3 is a 33.85″ wide workstation top-mount (drop-in) apron-front sink. It needs a 36-3/4″ inset farm sink base: the sink width plus 1-1/2″ of face frame on each side, to the nearest 1/4″. We build it to order in any Sherwin-Williams color or natural white oak.
Fireclay sinks are kiln-fired, so each one can vary by about 1/4″ from its listed size. Measure your sink when it arrives and we build the cabinet to the measurement.
Inset farm sink base, 24″ deep × 34-1/2″ tall, apron opening cut to this sink. Any width to the nearest 1/4″.
Sinkology lists a 36″ minimum standard cabinet. Standard cabinets come in 3″ steps; because we build to the 1/4″, yours is sized to the sink itself.
This top-mount apron sink rests on the cabinet. We cut the apron opening to the sink's spec sheet. Call us for details.
How your countertop changes the cabinet
With 3cm natural stone, quartz or butcher block, the Sinkology Josephine Quick-Fit Workstation SK454-34FC-3 sits flush with the top of the cabinet. With a 2cm counter, the sink sits 5/8″ to 3/4″ above the cabinet top, so the apron opening below it is that much shorter.
Will an inset cabinet hold this sink?
Yes. The inset face frame doesn't carry the sink's weight. Your cabinet installer adds interior supports inside the cabinet, so an inset farm sink base holds a fireclay sink of any weight. Call us for details on supports for the Sinkology Josephine Quick-Fit Workstation SK454-34FC-3.

Any Sherwin-Williams color, through our special-order program, or natural white oak. The face frame and doors are solid hardwood with flush inset doors, and the painted finish is factory-baked UV-cured lacquer.
