This custom inset shaker base cabinet is built to order in solid birch and painted in any of Sherwin-Williams' 1,500+ colors for one price — no color upcharge, ever. Widths run 9–36″, sized to the nearest 1/4″: a single door on 9–21″ cabinets, two doors on 24–36″, all set flush into the face frame on concealed soft-close hinges. One cabinet family covers everything from narrow filler storage to the main run.
A finish smoother and tougher than site-painted cabinets
Every door is finished in factory-baked UV-cured lacquer — sleek, automotive-grade smoothness that resists chips, scratches, moisture, and yellowing far beyond any brush or spray finish applied in a home. It arrives fully cured, ready for daily kitchen duty from day one. The cabinet box and shelving are sealed in clear UV protectant.

- Door & drawer fronts: 7/8″ thick, five-piece, tongue-and-groove joinery
