This custom inset shaker drawer base cabinet is built to order in solid birch and painted in any of Sherwin-Williams' 1,500+ colors for one price — no color upcharge, ever. Widths run 30–36″, sized to the nearest 1/4″, with four drawers set flush into the face frame on full-extension, undermount soft-close glides — a shallow top drawer for utensils over three storage drawers below. Four drawers turn one wide cabinet into a complete organization system: cutlery, tools, cookware, and linens each get their own level.
A finish smoother and tougher than site-painted cabinets
Every drawer front is finished in factory-baked UV-cured lacquer — smooth as a new car finish and built to resist chips, scratches, moisture, and yellowing far beyond any brush or spray finish applied in a home. It arrives fully cured, ready for the heaviest-use fronts in the kitchen. The cabinet box and shelving are sealed in clear UV protectant.
