Product description
Sink Base Cabinet, 1-1/4" Overlay Shaker. 30", 33" and 36" wide x 24" deep (24-3/4" including door).
The cabinet that carries your sink, your faucet, and everything plumbed underneath. Built for kitchen remodels and new construction, ready to assemble, in Manhattan Cream shaker.
What's in the box
A single fixed drawer front with a 6-1/2" tall face — decorative, not operational, because the sink basin occupies that space — and a pair of doors with 22" tall faces below it. Sink base cabinets do not include shelving; the interior stays open for the drain, disposal, and supply lines.
Fits single or double bowl undermount sinks.
What "1-1/4" overlay" means
Doors and drawer fronts sit on top of the face frame instead of inside it, wider and taller than the opening, covering all but a sliver. Only 1/4" of face frame shows to the left and right of each door and drawer front. On base cabinets, 1" of frame is exposed above the top drawer — deliberate, and there to clear the front edge lip of your countertop, which varies by material and edge profile.
Across a run of cabinets you get a nearly continuous face with minimal frame lines breaking it up.
The finish
Manhattan Cream in a factory-baked, water-based UV-cured lacquer with a satin sheen. Cured under UV lamps in a controlled line rather than air-dried on site, which is why it holds up to the moisture and steam a sink cabinet lives with.
How it's built
Solid birch and plywood, not veneer over composite. The face frame is 3/4" solid birch. Side panels are 1/2" 7-ply plywood, joined to the face frame with a French cleat and reinforced with a plywood side band. The interior is natural birch plywood in clear polyurethane, and the back panel is grade A finished natural birch over engineered plywood for rigidity. Corner brackets hold the box square during installation.
Hidden European soft-close hinges, lifetime warranty. California CARB2 compliant. Contractor grade A, suitable for new construction and remodel.

Before you order
All exposed exterior cabinet surfaces require skin panels and trim to finish, and toe kicks require skin panels matched to the cabinet front. Budget for these — they're what makes an installed run look built rather than assembled. All assembly hardware is included. Handles are not included.
FAQ block
What size sink base cabinet do I need?
Match the cabinet to your sink. A 30" sink base takes most standard single bowl sinks; 33" and 36" give room for larger single bowls and most double bowl undermounts. Check your sink's minimum cabinet requirement before ordering.
Why doesn't the drawer open?
The sink basin sits directly behind it. The drawer front is fixed so the cabinet face reads consistently across your run while leaving the space clear for plumbing. You may elect to install a sink tilt out tray to hold your sponges (not supplied).
Does the sink base include a shelf?
No. The interior is left open for the drain, disposal, and supply lines.
How deep is the cabinet?
24" for the box, 24-3/4" with the door.
How much face frame shows with a 1-1/4" overlay?
1/4" on each side of the doors and drawer fronts, and 1" above the top drawer to clear the countertop edge lip.
