This custom inset shaker sink base cabinet is built to order in solid birch and painted in any of Sherwin-Williams' 1,500+ colors for one price — no color upcharge, ever. Widths run 24–42″, sized to the nearest 1/4″, with two doors on premium soft-close hinges.

A finish that outperforms custom shops

Every door is finished in factory-baked UV-cured lacquer — glass-smooth to the touch and dramatically more resilient than brush- or spray-painted finishes applied on site. UV curing hardens the coating in seconds under ultraviolet light, producing a surface that resists chips, scratches, moisture, and yellowing for the life of the kitchen. The cabinet box and shelving are sealed in clear UV protectant. It's the finish quality of a $2,000-per-cabinet custom shop, at a fraction of the price.

Custom sizing

What is an inset sink base cabinet? An inset sink base cabinet has doors that sit flush inside the face frame rather than overlaying it, creating crisp, even reveals and a furniture-grade look. It's the construction style high-end designers specify, and it houses your sink with a 1″ solid birch frame built to carry daily use.

Does a custom color cost more? No. Pricing is by cabinet size only, so every one of Sherwin-Williams' 1,500+ colors — from Alabaster to Tricorn Black — costs exactly the same. There is no color upcharge at any size.

What makes a UV-cured finish better than site-painted cabinets? UV-cured lacquer is baked hard under ultraviolet light at the factory, creating a smoother, harder, more chip- and moisture-resistant surface than any brush or roller finish applied in a home. It arrives fully cured — no soft paint, no touch-up window.

How long does production take? Custom inset cabinets require 8–11 weeks of production before shipping begins. Ordering a color sample for approval first adds 3–4 weeks — a smart step for whole-kitchen color matching.

Drawer glides: full-extension soft-close drawer glides come standard. Blum drawer glides are available upon request for $25.00 per drawer.

Delivery is by RTA Wholesalers company vehicle or LTL freight carrier, or you can pick up at our Carson, CA warehouse. Estimated delivery and shipping details are managed through your customer portal.
